To place an order for new or replacement tokens:

1. Go to the Siemens HS Customer World Website at https://www9.smed.com/customer/main.nsf
2. Login using the appropriate credentials
3. Once logged in, click on the Product Information link on the top pane
4. Within the left pane, click on Technology Networking
5. Click Authentication Services under Featured Offerings
6. Along the Related Links pane, click Order Additional Tokens
7. At the bottom of the page, click onto "Request this Engagement" and fill out the provided form
8. Once submitted, the ordering process will be underway
