The best way to access SMS HealthConX through CompuServe is to follow these directions. When you start up CompuServe, you will come to the main CompuServe logon screen (Where you check your mail). If you minimize the main CompuServe window, and double click on the Internet Explorer Icon, you can access HealthConx properly through this connection.
